Giftcard Holder for Blackleaf Designs

Hey Friends,

A very Happy Sunday to you all. A quick post to share this morning :). New sketch challenge is up at the Blackleaf Studios.

For this beautiful sketch, I made something different. I created a Giftcard holder for this sketch and using a Unicorn stamp set too.

I used lots of roses in PP as well as in fabric. The butterflies were printed on PP, cut out and stacked one on one. Adorned with some rhinestones from Pizzazz Aplenty and the band is used in the center to hold the giftcard holder intact.

I am playing along the following challenges with this project:
Craft Your Passion - challenge#35 'anything goes'
Mami Doodles - challenge#16 'anything goes'
Creative Card Crew - challenge 'anything goes'
The Shabby Tea Room - week#39 'tis the season'

So, get set and create for the sketch and link your entry to the Blackleaf Studio blog. A winner could win a whole set of fab  digis.

Have a lovely Sunday,
xoxo

Goodie Basket for Blackleaf Studios

Hello Girls,

Hope you are enjoying the mix of sun and chills. Here, the fall is setting in, leaves have started to change colors and I am sure in no time we are surrounded by beautiful vibrant hues.

A quick post for this morning. At Blackleaf Studios, it's my turn today to post for a Step-by-Step Thursday'. So I decided to create this yumm goodie/favor basket. I found the template at StampTV and immediately felt the desire to create something like this :)). It was so much fun creating this and you got lots of option for experimenting with colors, design, style, etc etc.

Here is what I created:
This is how it looks like from sideways:

I used one of the image from Blackleaf Studios namely Cupcake Stamps. The entire set is so scrumptious, that you just want to grab it and put it in your mouth..lolzzzz. Here is a close up of this yummy cupcake:

For the details on how I made this basket, hop onto my post on Backleaf Studios.

I am thinking, why not play some challenges with this. So, I am entering this card to:
Cupcake Inspiration - challenge#75 'pic inspiration'
PaperSundaes - challenge#33 'mixed mediums' {I colored my image with pencil colors and the add tinch of shading with markers}
Daisy Doodles - challenge#16 'anything goes'
Your Next Stamp - challenge#24 'anything goes'
Pile It On - challenge#35 'layers'
Color Throwdown - challenge#109 'color inspiration'

Etsy Inspired - challenge#104 'picture inspiration' {my project has basket with cupcake}

Its all for now. See you tomorrow with another creation for Paper Cutz Challenge. Till then have a wonderful day!!

Now on to my 1st DT card for the Blackleaft Studio:
Here is one closer look:

Aren't these adorable?? See, I promised you in my previous post that I will come up with something different for my next card and here I am with these cute Owliiees :). Oh, I loved playing with them. They are from the set called Owl Magic Stamps.

I cut them out and placed them one over the other just like best buddies (hand-in-hand)..lolz. The vertical set of papers are shaved and distressed with brownstone ink. The swing like branches were cut out from a border punch and arranged accordingly. The sentiment says "ur the best friend". I used some ribbon and some faux stitching around the card and sentiments.

I am playing in the following challenges with this card:
Get Sketchy - gs#49
Paper Sundaes - challenge#29 'stitching'
Stampin' Sisters in Christ - challenge#50 'use any kind of bird' [I used owls]
Stamp n Doodle - 'anything goes'
By the Cute & Girly - august challenge 'animal antics'
2 Sisters - challenge#3 'punches' [I punched out the swing like branches for owls]
Cupcake Craft - challenge#102 'distressing'
ColorQ -challenge#44 'color inspiration'

Recipe for this card -
Papers - Cardstock in orange and blue from recollection. DPs from Martha Stewart
Punches - McGill border punch
Stamps - clear stamps from Stampendous
Others - Ribbon from stash, white gel pen, markers

Thank you for stopping by and leaving your love. Cyu soon with another creation :)
Hugs & xoxo
