FBD New Valentine Image Release Blog-Hop

Hi Crafters,

Good Morning and welcome to the FRESH BREWED DESIGNS Valentine's Blog Hop and New Image Release! If you are getting here from SHAZZA's blog (Time to Craft ) then you are at the right place! If NOT, then please go back to HEATHER'S COFFEE BREAK  to the start of the hop!
For those of you who are staying, we want to begin by thanking you for taking time out of your schedule to hop along with us.  This hop will feature some of the many newly released VALENTINE DIGI's available TODAY in the Fresh Brewed Designs Shop . These images are all lovey and sweet; the perfect way to tell your someone special how you feel about them.   I created a card with the image "LOVE BIRD OWLS" & "LOVE BIRD Sentiment". Here is my card:

I created a heart shaped card from a pink CS. The embossed DP is on one side of the heart. The picture and sentiment is colored in markers, and place it on the card with dimensionals. The heart rhinestones are from Pizzazz Aplenty.

Aren't these owliees the cutest?? Loved creating card with this image :).

Okay, lets talk about some sweet stuff now. Everyone hopping today will be entered in a random drawing for a Fresh Brewed Prize, so be sure to leave  some love on each blog you hop to.  Everyone who snagged the Jan 19 blog badge and emailed Heather will be entered twice!
For every 10 hop participants, there will be an extra image added to the prize package for this hop, which means the more you share; the more there will be to win.

Thank you so much for stopping by. Your next hop stop will be KATHY Lucky Stamper

BUT…..
Before you leave I want to let you in on a little secret! Fresh Brewed Designs is getting ready for another Rubber Stamp Release!!! Heather has designed several new stamps to add to the shop including the Cutie Pie featured on the badge below and some new coffee girls. The hop and release will be on March 1. Heather has created this badge and is asking us all to help spread the word by adding it to our sidebar and linking it back to Freshly Brewed Challenges . IF YOU DO add the badge, head over to the challenge blog, email Heather and let her know. She will add you to a drawing for a special prize that will be announced after the March 1 hop.

Thanks again for hopping with us at Fresh Brewed Designs. Have a nice day and keep Crafting!!

Hi Everyone,

Hope you are keeping up well and in the high spirits of welcoming another weekend :). Things with me were going on crazy this week. Was not in my best of healths this whole week :(... had to miss the weekly challenge at FBC :((.. missed girl's day out with my fav girlies and to top it all have not created a single thing this whole week :(((... Oh I am so missing my craft table...

This week, I am sharing with you one of my creations, that I created  sometime ago for a friend, but somehow missed posting about it. It came handy today. At PCC, this week the challenge is to create a card / LO / craft item using a TAG or TAGS. So I created a Gift -Card Holder with a Tag to write in some special message :).

I created a Book shape Giftcard holder containing two pockets - for holding Giftcard and a special note/tag.

I used a fab DP from ColorBok for the cover. the inner pockets are shimmery CS and have done some stamping using 'Stampology' and 'Stampendous' stamps in coordinated colors. The sentiment is simple 'Congratulations' from 'Hero Arts'. And the rimmed rhinestone is from Pizzazz Aplenty.

I am entering this creation in the following challenges:
Fairytale: challenge#6 'flowers'
Stamp Something: 'anything goes'
AI Factory: AIF#064 'anything goes'
Pixie Dust Studio: challenge#57 'lets play tag'
Crafty Creations: 'new beginnings' {I created this giftcard holder for my friend's wedding reception}
Fab n' Funky: challenge#55 'use warm and toasty colors'

Tuesday Throwdown: challenge#31 'background stamping'
Top Tip Tuesday: challenge#17 anything goes'
Oh La La Creations: challenge#71 'bling it on'

Hope you enjoyed my creation! I try to catch up with my backlog this weekend and see you all with something afresh :). Have a wonderful weekend!

Some Metals for PCC

Hey Friends,

TGIF!! It feels so good to write TGIF. Although, its only been a week since holidays, but still you always crave for more off days :)).

It's Friday todays, time for a challenge at Paper Cutz Challenge. We were taking a break for the holidays and its the first challenge of this brand new year 2011. So, gear up people, cos this week we want you to show your metallic side :). For this week, create a card, LO or project using METAL (brads, eyelets, wire, etc) with any color or theme you'd like.

So, this week, I come up with this set of two cards:

A really CAS cards with some circular stamping, a strip of beautiful and vibrant PP (These strips are the left-outs from a craft project I created earlier). I just love hanging onto these piece, somehow they might get used up :). The sentiment is written on a tag joined with metallic brads and attached with dimentionals. I dust the centers with some clear glitter for the uumph factor..lolzz.

Land onto the PCC blog, the other DTs have some awesome eye candy for you and join us with this week's challenge.

Recipe for this card:
Paper: White CS from recollection, PP from Colorbok pattern pack
Stamps: from Stampology and Studio G. Sentiment from Stampendous
Brads: from recollection

Seasons' Greetings for Freshly Brewed

Hi Beautiful people,

Hope everyone had a very nice and blessed Christmas.

We had a two week challenge at FBC and can't believe the two weeks went by so swiftly :). Only two more days are left when we usher through the doors of a fresh NEW YEAR. So, in spirit of celebrating, we at FBC are creating craft projects on the theme - CELEBRATION - NEW YEAR.

So, here is my chic card that comes with some sparkles and glitters and a feather boa :).

Isn't that cuppa looking hot?? I colored the image in pencils, dab a little gold and silver sponge here and there and tie this cute lill' chennile wrap around its neck (in place of a measuring tape). You can also get this image and some other awesome images from Fresh Brewed Designs Shop.

Rest of the card is embossed  with dazzling embossing powders.

I used a sketch from CPS. CPS#183

I am entering the card into following challenges:

Before signing off, I want you to meet my cute little snowman that I made on my patio. We got out first official snowfall here in CT on Sunday. It was more of a blizzard... so windy and blinding and it continued till Monday. Thanks God,  the sun came up after mid day. But the temperatures are freezingly cold {brrrrr}

See you everyone {before New Year ;)} with my another creation.

Wish you all have a lovely NEW YEAR.
