Wish you all a wonderful Thanksgiving.
Have a nicest time with your family & freinds. And Happy shopping on Friday..lolzz

I guess its time to welcome another season of the year - the Winters!! I know many of us dreaded this season {esp those who receive lots of snowfall at their places :(}. I love snow, the white flurries, ground covered all white; but I hate when we have to shovel our driveway and clean the cars and then driving through slippery roads!! {chills} :((.

But, on a holiday node, we at Freshly Brewed Challenges want you to welcome the season with your Christmas or Winter Theme Cards. So, thrill us this week with some white flurrs or some blings :). And drop by to check out the Freshly Brewed Design Store, Heather is having a SALE on all digis and rubber stamps till Nov. 30th!!

Here is my card for this week's theme:

Here is another look:

I used whistlin' snowflakes image from Fresh Brewed Designs and printed it thrice in different sizes. Distressed the CS with blue and silver inks. Used gel pens, pencil colors and markers to color the images. the rhinestones on the cap are from Pizzazz Aplenty.

Merry Time!!

Hey Everyone,

A really short post and a card to show you. I know I am very late in my posting today... A Wednesday at BLS blog means 'Stamp It Up'. I have posted a card at the website, but just get time to post it on my blog. I was on a constant run since morning. Some days are like this too :(.

So, without any delays, here is my card. This month we are using holiday stamp set at Blackleaf Studio. These digi stamps are just beautiful. I have used one of the Gingerbread Tree for my creation. You will get to see many other stamps and holiday inspirations in the coming days, here and on BLS :).

A little closer look of the snowflakes:
I believe "Its not for holidays, if its not glittery!" Do you also believe in this? Because I used my glitter pens in silver, gold and red to color the whole image. I like the affect and sometimes its good to use other medium apart from traditional. Then adorn the image with lots of blings from Pizzazz Aplenty. Have you seen the cute DP's that I used. That and the ribbon and the sentiment stamp was gifted to me as a blog candy by a lovely creator and blogger Piali. Aren't they so cute?

I used the sketch from Get Sketchy GS#62.
And this card is also going in the following challenges:
Mark's Finest Papers - challenge#27 'holiday card'
Bee Crafty - challenge#41 'Christmas'
OSAAT - challenge#37 'Christmas'
Lexi's Creations - challenge#26 'anything goes'
ABC Challenge - G is for 'glitter'
Craft your Passion - challenge#30 'anything goes'
Wee Memories - challenge#29 'anything goes'

Recipe for this Card:
Paper - White CS from Recollection, DP from My Mind's Eye
Rhinestones - Pizzazz Aplenty
Others - glitter pens, ribbon

This is it for now. See you again with another creation :)

xoxo
