Red Rose Bouquet

Good Evening Crafters,

This week 2sketches4you have created a beautiful Kazan's Sketch 55 for their challenge. Here it is:

And The Shabby Tea Room's Week#15 challenge requirement is based on the following inspiration:

So, I mingled them both and here is my take on the sketch and the inspiration:

What else is more impressive than a Red Rose Bouquet for proposing someone :). I created the flowers by punching out 9 flower shapes out of red cardstock. I piled them in a set of 3 each, pasted the layers together and slightly rolled the sides of petals. The base DP are from Best Occasions and Martha Stewart. The center of the flower was made with quilled rolls. I cut 3 strips for the stem and simple leaves from green cardstock. Arranged them in the form of bouquet and tied a red ribbon with a tag "BE MINE". I stamped the background with i.cling stamp with brownstone color ink-pad. I added a cute little butterfly on the top of rose. Here is a closer look of the bouquet.

This is what I got for now. Thanks for stopping by :)
See you around :)
